Discussion & Networking Groups
Position-specific Discussion and Networking Groups (D&NGs) provide a confidential space for leaders to share challenges, explore solutions, and connect with peers in similar roles across member health centers. Each group meets virtually 2–3 times each year, facilitated by SNLC Lead Faciliator, Jen Leininger Knipstein. These small-group sessions allow leaders across SNLC member health centers to discuss shared challenges, exchange strategies, and learn from peers in similar roles.
