Membership Details

Shared Commitments

  1. Annual Commitment: Support yearly programming through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and annual contribution of $7,500

  2. Leadership Engagement: Appoint a Point Person for the Collaborative to lead communication, material development, and nominations for participation in SNLC programs

  3. Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share materials with other member health centers to facilitate active participation in shared learning and collaborative benchmarking

  4. Participation: Invite staff to at least 70% of SNLC learning sessions annually and encourage senior leadership to attend at least 2 learning events per year

  5. Continuous Improvement & Transparency: Engage in evaluation and support the implementation of best practices across member health centers.

Point People

Each member health center must designate at least one Point Person to assist with their organization’s participation in Safety Net activities. Centers may appoint more than one Point Person, and responsibilities may be delegated based on activity type. Point People responsibilities are detailed in this short document: SNLC Participation Roles & Responsibilities.pdf and in orientation sessions hosted each summer.
